Diamond Jubilee Concert

The second last Diamond Jubilee celebration event, the Diamond Jubilee Concert, took place on 19th June, 2018 (Tuesday) at the Concert Hall of Hong Kong Cultural Centre. We were grateful to have Mr. Frank Chan, Secretary for Transport and Housing and an LSC old boy, to be the Guest of Honour of the event.
All our music teams, including Chinese Drum Team, Senior String Orchestra, Choir, Chinese Orchestra, Symphonic Band and Symphony Orchestra, and our teachers performed on that night. Our music teams also collaborated with various parties from different schools, they included La Salle College Choirs, La Salle College Mass Choir, St. Joseph’s College Chamber Boys’ Choir, La Salle Chamber Orchestra, Maryknoll Convent School (Primary Section) Chinese Orchestra, Good Hope Primary School Symphonic Band and La Salle College Old Boys’ Symphony Orchestra. A highlight in the programme was a song composed by Mr. Johnson Leung, an LSPS graduate. He composed the song especially for this Concert and for the Diamond Jubilee of LSPS.
