Points to Note:

  • Please do not submit any documents other than those required.
  • Applications submitted by email, fax or in person will NOT be processed.
  • Late submissions or applications without all the required documents will NOT be processed.
  • The School will not be responsible or liable for any loss of personal items.
  • Applicants not receiving notifications from the School may regard their applications unsuccessful.
  • The personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and used for the purpose of processing student admission application only.
  • All unsuccessful applicants’ information will be destroyed in September 2022.
  • Entry to School Premises for Collection of Entrance Exam Admission Form
  • All parents and visitors must comply with the “Vaccine Pass” requirements unless a medical exemption certificate issued by a doctor is obtained.
  • Dosage schedule for Vaccine Pass:
  • Vaccination record should be shown by using the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or presenting the printed copy with QR code.
  • For those exempted parents and visitors who have not received COVID-19 vaccine as required, should retain and present the Short Message Service (SMS) messages, laboratory testing reports or related proofs containing the negative test results to the school.
  • Any person under compulsory quarantine for whatever reason should not leave the designated place of quarantine and should not enter the school premises.
